Actalent is seeking a Staff Software Engineer in Scottsdale, AZ to enforce best coding practices and drive continuous improvement. The role includes developing tools and templates to improve processes and scaling the platform to one thousand times the current load while preserving uptime.

You will implement microservices, API, and front-end work using JavaScript or Go, with multi-threaded coding experience.

Formación

• Over 10 years SDLC experience, with at least 3 years at staff engineer level or higher.
• Mastery of SDLC, SOLID, TDD/BDD, and clean code/architecture.
• 5-8+ years with modern tech such as GoLang, GraphQL, gRPC, JavaScript, microservices, and NoSQL.
• 5-8+ years applying cloud development patterns and best practices.
• 7+ years proficiency in cloud-based architecture and automated release pipelines.
• 5-8+ years API-first approach with loosely coupled systems and domain-driven design.
• At least 5 years as a full stack developer, with stronger front-end focus.
• Experience managing and planning technical debt.
• Strong focus on quality code and various testing approaches.
• Expertise in microservices and API development.
