AmTrust Financial Services Inc. is looking for a Workers’ Compensation Attorney based in the Princeton, NJ office. This hybrid role involves managing a case load from inception to resolution, representing the employer in court, and being responsible for all case-related activities.

Qualifications

• New Jersey State Bar licensed attorney in good standing.
• 5+ years workers’ compensation litigation experience.
• Knowledge of New Jersey Workers' Compensation statutes and local court policies.

Responsibilities

• Represents the Employer/Carrier in workers’ compensation claims.
• Analyzes legal and factual issues, develops defense strategies.
• Prepares pleadings, motions, and briefs in support of defense.
