Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with at least 18 hours of accounting.
• 1–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for a hybrid work environment.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA (FI/CO/PA/BW).
• Strong understanding of inventory, intercompany and cost accounting.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely reporting of sales and inventory information.
• Analyze product cost data and monitor inventory reconciliations.
• Support month-end close entries and account analysis.
• Assist and lead physical inventories and reconciliations.
• Support external audits, government, and tax reporting.
• Evaluate accounting data reliability and controls, and suggest improvements.
• Develop and implement best practices for consistency and efficiency.
