Conduct evaluations and assessments for students to determine speech and language needs.
Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with school staff and parents.
Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students as needed.
Supervise SLPA staff and oversee related clinical duties.
Manage documentation, evaluation paperwork, and other administrative tasks related to student services.
Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in Texas.

Ability to supervise SLPA staff.
Background check clearance.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to manage evaluations and direct student services.
