In this role, you will work in inpatient rehabilitation hospitals and in patients’ homes through our home health network, offering a unique blend of facility- and home-based care to improve outcomes and support functional goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology evaluation and therapy for speech, language, swallowing, cognitive and voice disorders.
• Deliver therapy in inpatient rehabilitation hospitals and in patients' homes as part of home health services.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans and monitor progress.
