Job summary

Bullfrog Spas in Auburn, WA seeks a self-motivated Hybrid Field Service & Warehouse Technician to service spas in the field and support warehouse operations. You will travel to customer locations, manage inventory, prepare parts, and coordinate with the Area Manager to ensure exceptional customer experience.

Spa experience not required; training provided. Candidates must lift heavy items, operate warehouse equipment, and communicate clearly while maintaining a professional showroom and service

Qualifications

• Spa experience is not required.
• Ability to lift, push, pull and move heavy products with proper equipment.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including a forklift or pallet jack as required.
• Strong customer service mindset with professional conduct during service calls.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and follow through with tasks.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair spas in the field and in house.
• Travel to customer locations to diagnose, service, and repair spas.
• Unload and inspect arriving spas and manage inventory and parts.
• Coordinate with Area Manager to resolve escalations in the Washington market.
• Maintain a clean vehicle, workspace, and parts storage; assist showroom setup.
• Communicate with schedulers to ensure timely completion of jobs.
