The Wilmington Group in Pine Brook, NJ is seeking a Sourcing & Vendor Manager to lead end-to-end vendor lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management and cost optimization. You will partner with operations, finance and billing to ensure service excellence and compliant vendor governance.

Ideal candidates bring 5–8+ years of vendor management experience, strong negotiation skills, and deep understanding of procurement processes. Hybrid/remote work is supported across regions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management or related field.
• 5-8+ years in vendor management, sourcing, procurement or related areas.
• Experience managing vendor relationships, contracts, and supplier performance programs.
• Strong commercial acumen to evaluate pricing, service models and total cost of ownership.
• Experience leading sourcing initiatives including RFPs, evaluations and awards.
• Analytical skills to interpret operational, financial and performance data.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in Excel and procurement systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end vendor sourcing, onboarding and network development.
• Identify, evaluate and onboard vendors based on coverage, capability and pricing.
• Work with finance to complete vendor onboarding paperwork.
• Map active services, coverage, gaps and management models.
• Execute vendor optimization strategies including consolidation and ROI analysis.
• Lead sourcing initiatives including RFPs, bid evaluation, SLA negotiation and awards.
• Manage vendor contracts, pricing structures, renewals and billing alignment.
• Monitor vendor performance via scorecards and SLA compliance.
• Collaborate with operations to launch new client projects.
• Serve as escalation point for vendor issues and compliance concerns.
