Job summary

Dimension Energy in Atlanta seeks a Logistics Warehouse Inventory Manager to oversee equipment deliveries, inventory accuracy, and procurement support across project sites and warehouses. The role combines hands-on inventory control with analytics, aiming to optimize stock, reduce shrinkage, and improve overall efficiency.

The position requires coordination with carriers and 3PLs, monthly reporting, and SOP development. It offers in-office work Mon-Thu with remote Fridays and up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, International Business, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication skills in both oral and written English.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in transportation and shipping.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, dashboards, forecasting tools).
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Management of equipment deliveries to project sites and warehouses; track delivery dates and requirements with project managers.
• Liaise with carriers, warehouses and 3PLs to monitor progress, plan deliveries, monitor inventory and invoices.
• Identify and secure storage space for upcoming equipment.
• Ensure inventory records are current and accurate; verify incoming/outgoing shipments.
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures to improve stock accuracy and reduce shrinkage.
• Coordinate and document goods receipts; conduct periodic physical counts and warehouse visits.
• Prepare monthly inventory reports for accounting; record shipment data and review warehouse invoices.
• Track material movement from receipt through deployment to project sites; monitor obsolescence and performance metrics.
• Forecast material requirements based on project schedules and demand; support procurement tasks and SOPs.
