Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a software engineering intern to contribute to design, development, and testing of systems software. The role is designed as hybrid, with average two days per week at an HPE office and flexible learning opportunities in CS and information systems.

Working toward a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, you’ll engage with internal and partner teams to gain hands-on experience in software products, debugging, and cross-platform design considerations.

Qualifications

• Experience or understanding of software systems design tools and languages.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of design for software systems running on multiple platform types.
• Good written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.

Responsibilities

• Codes and programs enhancements, updates, and changes for portions and subsystems of systems software.
• Executes established test plans and protocols for assigned portions of code; logs and debugs issues.
• Develops understanding of and relationship with internal and outsourced development partners.
• Participates as a member of a project team to develop reliable, high quality solutions.
