TEKsystems is seeking a SharePoint Developer / Power Platform Developer in Jacksonville, FL for a hybrid contract role. The candidate will modernize and migrate enterprise SharePoint solutions to the Microsoft Power Platform, focusing on transforming legacy workflows, forms, and apps into scalable cloud-based solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server.
• Experience developing solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse (preferred).
• Experience migrating InfoPath forms and SharePoint Designer workflows to Power Apps/Power Automate.
• Understanding of SharePoint architecture, permissions, and site administration.
• Proficiency with PowerShell and SharePoint administration.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead migration of legacy SharePoint solutions, workflows, and forms to Power Platform.
• Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
• Modernize InfoPath forms and SharePoint Designer workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Develop and customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint and Power Platform.
• Implement governance, security, performance, and maintainability best practices.
• Support testing, deployment, and production rollouts.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for migrations.
