Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Technical Lead in Williamsburg, VA to lead the planning and delivery of water infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will manage project teams, mentor staff, and be responsible for maintaining high client relations while delivering innovative engineering solutions.

With at least 15 years of experience required, candidates will be involved in complex conveyance projects. Stantec values a hybrid work environment, allowing flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of project management experience in a consulting environment.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain license within 6 months.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of design professionals and technicians.
• Develop project management plans to achieve budget and schedule.
• Conduct quality assurance and quality control on assigned projects.
