Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited US curriculum or equivalent
• 8 years of experience in electric transmission planning or operations
• Master's degree preferred in electrical engineering

Responsibilities

• Prepare basecase analyses and load forecasts.
• Lead and manage approval processes for transmission planning efforts.
• Develop HVDC or other non-standard models for power flow/dynamic stability analysis.
• Coordinate transmission system studies and long-term planning.
• Guide and support development of Annual Transmission Planning Assessment and Expansion Plan.
