Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners seeks a Senior Tosca Automation Engineer in a hybrid Columbus, OH role. You will design, write, and maintain Tosca automation scripts for SAP and Salesforce, interoperating with CI/CD and enterprise tooling.

The position may include Test Lead duties, requiring leadership and coordination across the Value Stream Team. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in QA automation, 3+ years Tosca, TN API testing with REST/SOAP, and strong experience with SAP and Salesforce, plus

Qualifications

• 5+ years in QA/Test Automation
• 3+ years hands-on Tosca scripting
• Experience with SAP and Salesforce
• 3+ years API testing (REST/SOAP) & JSON/XML validation
• Familiarity with NeoLoad, Service Virtualization, and Test Data Management
• Experience optimizing automation for Salesforce Lightning and SAP
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Mentor/enable others in automation best practices

Responsibilities

• Author and maintain Tosca automation assets with reusable data-driven testing
• Act as Tosca SME and lead automation design and implementation
• Build automation frameworks for SAP GUI/Fiori and Salesforce Lightning including API integrations
• Implement integration and end-to-end testing across SAP-Salesforce workflows
• Use Tosca API Scan to automate REST/SOAP services with token handling
• Orchestrate Distributed Execution and CI/CD runs; publish results to qTest
• Define test data strategies and environment readiness
• Drive quality metrics and present outcomes to stakeholders
• Mentor engineers in risk-based testing and shift-left practices
• Collaborate with performance/security teams for non-functional testing
• Support UAT and release activities; act as liaison for VST
• Communicate test results and insights to stakeholders
