Providence is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Program Manager to drive category management and strategic initiatives in a hybrid Portland, OR setting. You will lead spend analysis, stakeholder engagement, and supplier performance to deliver enterprise value across Experience, Delivery, Quality, and Cost.

You will partner with clinical and operational leaders to develop efficient strategies and execute value-improvement opportunities, fostering a patient-focused supply chain culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma, Process Improvement preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in relevant service segment, function, or area of focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance to service segments or functional teams in line with Providence's mission and values.
• Lead category management activities: strategy development, spend and market analysis, stakeholder engagement, supplier relationship and performance management.
• Identify and execute sourcing and value-improvement opportunities to enhance Experience, Delivery, Quality, and Cost.
• Develop and deploy programs with PSJH leaders, clinicians, operators, and suppliers; drive adoption of initiatives.
• Oversee assessment, development, deployment, and adoption of enterprise-wide programs.
