Quadrant Strategies is seeking a Senior Consultant to develop and implement communications strategy in political or corporate sectors. The role offers path to high-level corporate consulting across industries including technology, health care, finance and entertainment.

Senior Consultants will manage projects independently, interact with clients, and advance to client/leadership roles through a structured career development program.

Qualifications

• Strong academic record
• 3–7 years’ work experience in market research, communications, strategy, consulting or related professional services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Responsibilities

• Work with partners to design and execute client engagements, including writing proposals, strategy and research memos and other external reports, and presenting them to clients
• Directly manage a team of Associates and Senior Associates (typically 1-4 staff members)
• Design, develop, implement and analyze qualitative and quantitative studies, such as proprietary polling, focus groups and other research methodologies
• Manage client projects, including allocating resources across the team to meet project goals and deadlines
• Participate in the management and operations of the company, including developing and managing vendor relationships, overseeing the operations of their own team, and helping drive business development
