Job summary

Alcami Corporation is seeking a Senior Project Manager to coordinate multidisciplinary teams on contract writing, ERP, invoicing, and project plan design. You will act as liaison with clients and staff, and may support business development and regulatory activities.

The role is hybrid with up to 70% on-site in Clinton, TN, and standard 1st shift hours. Prior pharma project management and ERP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field with 5–8+ years pharmaceutical experience.
• Must have 5 years Project Management experience managing multi-disciplinary project teams.
• FDA regulation/ICH Guidelines experience.
• U.S. Drug Development process knowledge.
• ERP, QMS, CRM, and MS Suite proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develops and tracks the project development plan using Smartsheet.
• Identifies critical path, risks, and contingencies; tracks activities.
• Communicates out-of-scope activities internally and client-facing.
• Implements Change Orders and maintains scope control.
• Facilitates team meetings with clients and project teams.
• Drives interdepartmental collaboration to meet timelines.
• Develops strategy with teams and clients for contract needs.
• Develops and approves proposals and contracts with project teams.
• Manages contract requirements through ERP and project teams.
• Communicates budget requirements and status to all staff.
• Designs timelines and coordinates detailed project plans.
• Provides project status at strategic level to stakeholders.
• Mentors PMs and supports management decisions.
