Job summary

Haven Design|Build is seeking a Project Architect in Durham, North Carolina. As a key leader, you will guide clients through the design process and produce high-quality construction documents for multifamily and small commercial projects.

This role requires a Professional Architectural Degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in project management and tools like Revit and SketchUp, along with a hybrid work schedule and various employment benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in architectural projects.
• Experience in subsidized affordable housing projects (esp. LIHTC) preferred.
• Highly organized and strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture services across various project phases.
• Ensure execution of clients’ values and goals.
• Manage client communications and project budgets.
• Onboard and manage consultants and trade partners.
• Collaborate with executives for project acquisition.
