Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Seven or more years of IT systems administration experience.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and enterprise device management.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid identity environments.

Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and operate enterprise-scale Intune and Entra-integrated device management.
• Develop and maintain enrollment, Autopilot, configuration, and security policies.
• Lead platform upgrades, security enhancements, and lifecycle planning.
• Package, patch, and remediate applications using Intune and automation.
• Automate provisioning, configuration, compliance, and reporting.
• Provide Tier-3 support and technical leadership for complex incidents.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams during major incidents and changes.
• Maintain roadmaps, guides, and disaster recovery plans.
