A national integrated architecture and design firm is seeking a passionate Sr. Interior Designer for their Chicago office. The role involves designing environments that drive tenant improvement through commercial design. Responsibilities include preparing 2D and 3D drawings, conducting field surveys, and participating in client meetings. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design and over 5 years of experience. Competitive base salary of $80K-$120K plus benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Interior Design and Architecture.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field surveys and assist in the preparation of drawings for all design phases.
• Update design documents and develop solutions as needed.
• Prepare 2D and 3D presentation/design drawings including modeling.
• Provide research and compile data during design phases.
• Participate in client meetings, design charrettes, and project team meetings.
• Possess basic knowledge of project budgets.
