Job summary

Pacific Life Insurance Company is seeking a Senior Illustration Analyst II to join the illustration development team. This hybrid role can be based in Newport Beach, CA or Omaha, NE, with relocation considered for the right candidate.

Responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating with third-party vendors, and facilitating stakeholder meetings to define illustration requirements for new products and enhancements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in annuity insurance illustration systems with strong project management experience.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Advanced knowledge of Hexure ForeSight & FireLight annuity illustration platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of annuity products and platforms used by Brokers/Advisors including iCapital, FIDx & LUMA.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to drive accountability and lead projects.
• Customer oriented.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and JIRA.
• FINRA Series 6 license (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage Illustration Development Timelines - Manage timelines for illustration-related projects and ensure deliverables meet business objectives.
• Manage Third Party Applications - Act as a liaison with third-party illustration vendors to maintain partnerships and resolve issues.
• Stakeholder Communication - Facilitate meetings with SMEs to provide illustration requirements for new product development and enhancements.
