This leadership‑oriented role emphasizes end‑to‑end development, mentoring, and collaboration across time zones to deliver robust software solutions.

The ideal candidate brings a strong full stack background, proven project ownership, and the ability to mentor junior developers while partnering with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 10 years of experience in related fields.
• Hands-on development and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement full stack solutions across UI, application logic, and database layers.
• Own projects end-to-end from requirements clarification to deployment.
• Collaborate with program managers and business analysts to translate business needs and ensure strong technical outcomes.
• Develop high quality, maintainable, and scalable applications aligned with standards and architectural patterns.
• Manage source control workflows, branching strategies, and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
• Mentor juniors through technical guidance, code reviews, and coaching.
