Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in finance, accounting, statistics, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred in business, finance or related field.
• CFA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue and margin profitability analysis across firm segments and clients.
• Build and maintain scalable financial models for forecasting and budgeting.
• Own monthly revenue forecast, variance analysis, and scenario planning.
• Support annual budget process with cross-functional collaboration.
• Prepare executive-ready narratives and dashboards for leadership.
