Johnson & Johnson in Raritan, NJ, is seeking a Senior Data Analyst for Contracting Solutions in the Application Support area. The role focuses on advancing data-driven decisions, improving data quality, and enabling AI-enabled solutions across the contracting ecosystem.

You will collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements, validate solutions, and drive data architecture improvements using Model N, SQL, and analytics tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, pricing systems, or related commercial functions.
• Strong understanding of underlying data structures supporting commercial contracting, pricing, customer master, contract master, membership, eligibility, rebates, chargebacks, and government pricing data.
• Demonstrated experience with Model N data models, integrations, reporting datasets, and enterprise data architecture concepts.
• Advanced SQL and data analysis skills, with experience using Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms.

Responsabilités

• Analyze commercial contracting, pricing, rebate, chargeback, customer, and government pricing data to deliver actionable insights, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting solutions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert underlying data structures and data architecture across Model N platforms, ensure data accuracy through validation and root-cause analysis, and support platform enhancements and process optimization in partnership with internal teams and external partners.
• Data Governance & Quality: document business rules, data definitions, and data lineage; assist in identifying data gaps and corrective actions; promote enterprise data standards and best practices.
• Automation & AI Enablement: identify and advance opportunities for reporting automation, process improvement, AI, advanced analytics, and self-service capabilities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: collaborate with project, product, business, and technology teams to gather and document requirements, perform analysis and testing, validate solutions, and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
