Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of CPA firm experience or industry accounting experience preferred.
• CPA, CMA or CPA/CMA candidate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Record transactions from banks and third-party apps for client operations.
• Code and pay vendor invoices to optimize cash flow.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts including bank, AP, and AR.
• Lead onboarding and accounting software setup for new clients.
• Prepare and review financial statements and explain accounting issues.
• Assist clients with budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
