Job summary

CohnReznick, Baltimore, seeks a Senior Associate to join our Affordable Housing Audit Practice. You will lead audit engagements, mentor staff, and deliver exceptional client service while contributing to firm growth.

The successful candidate will have CPA eligibility, 3+ years in assurance, and strong technical/communication skills, with knowledge of Caseware being a plus. This hybrid role supports in-person collaboration about 3 days weekly.

Qualifications

• CPA or CPA eligibility required.
• 3+ years of assurance experience, preferably in affordable housing or real estate.
• Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead engagements and develop others.
• Knowledge of audit software Caseware a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple audit engagements and ensure on-time delivery.
• Mentor junior staff and supervise team activities.
• Communicate effectively with clients, leadership, and global teams.
• Ensure compliance with firm standards and security protocols.
• Apply advanced technical knowledge and stay current with industry trends.
• Identify business opportunities and support cross-selling efforts.
• Demonstrate executive presence and deliver high-quality client service.
