Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including full-cycle accounting.
• Prior experience managing or reviewing the work of accounting staff.
• Strong experience supporting multi-location or multi-entity organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the full-cycle accounting process.
• Manage accounting for multi-location and multi-entity operations.
• Review and approve financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures.
• Partner with operations for budgeting and forecasting.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors.
• Identify and lead process improvement initiatives.
• Support ERP implementations and system upgrades.
• Manage, mentor, and develop accounting staff.
• Support M&A integrations and new location openings.
