Job summary

LeoForce, a software company in New York, seeks a Senior Accountant to own key accounting functions, including AR, revenue, billings, collections and general ledger, reporting to the Assistant Controller.

You will lead month-end close, perform journal entries, account reconciliations, flux analysis, forecast revenue and assist with audits and process improvements. Hybrid position based at our New York HQ with generous benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or higher in Accounting/Finance required.
• Experience in both Public Accounting and private sector (Big 4 preferred).
• ERP and CRM experience; NetSuite or Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage AR, revenue, billings, collections and GL.
• Perform month-end close, journals, reconciliations and reporting support.
• Analyze results, variances, and provide leadership insights.
• Assist forecasting for revenue, billings and collections.
• Support audits with external auditors and prepare requests.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Prepare ad hoc reporting and financial analysis.
