Hybrid Securities Litigation Associate Requirements

– 4–10 Years of Securities Litigation Experience: Proven track record handling securities class actions (defense-side attorneys looking to transition to the plaintiff side are strongly encouraged to apply).

– Exceptional Brief-Writing Skills: A non-negotiable ability to draft clear, persuasive, and complex legal motions and arguments.

– Location & Bar Status: Must be admitted to practice in California
