SMBC Group in the Americas seeks an Analyst in Securities Processing to verify trade information, input settlement instructions, and support back-office operations for a wide range of fixed income and equity products. The Analyst reports to the Treasury Operations Department Head and works in a hybrid model.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in securities processing, a BA/BS in Accounting or Finance, and strong Excel plus familiarity with OBS, Montran, BONY-BDC and related systems.

Formación

• 2–5 years of securities processing experience in a bank or financial institution.
• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance or related discipline preferred.
• Experience with back-office applications such as OBS, Montran, SAA and related systems.

Responsabilidades

• Verify trade information and settlement instructions for securities.
• Prepare and input settlement instructions to ensure timely processing.
• Reconcile outstanding items and confirm trades are settled.
• Generate quarterly position and audit reports for management review.
• Generate monthly reports for JSOX compliance.
