Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in Albany, Oregon. The role is full-time with a hybrid work model: one virtual day and four days on-site across multiple school sites.

Salary ranges from $55 to $65 per hour, with W-2 employment, liability insurance, health benefits, and 401(k) with company match. Licensure and CEU reimbursements are provided, plus mileage between sites and mentorship within a therapist-led company.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active Oregon SLP license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech services in the school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
