Job summary

Thrive Behavioral Health, LLC. seeks licensed mental health professionals to provide outpatient therapy in Frederick County Public Schools and community settings. The role includes individual, family, and group therapy, with some services delivered virtually.

A Maryland LGPC, LGMFT, LMSW, or related license is required by start of employment, and supervision is provided at no cost. Full-time hours with a roughly 25–27 sessions per week target, offering flexible scheduling, in-person sessions,

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted MD license in LMSW/LGPC/LGMFT.
• Experience providing individual, family, and group therapy.
• Ability to document sessions in a timely manner.
• Familiarity with DSM-5 diagnostic criteria.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health treatment in outpatient and off-site programs.
• Perform individual, family, and group therapy.
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations, assessments, consultations, and crisis interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and treatment planning.
• Represent Thrive at schools and community engagements.
