Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) for a hybrid stores role that blends front-facing customer service with hands-on basic vehicle service. You will assess customer needs, recommend products or services, and complete tasks to ensure satisfaction.

The role provides exposure to all store operations, with potential growth into supervisory duties. A flexible schedule and the chance to learn ASE-certified skills are part of the opportunity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid automobile driver's license.
• Customer service and career growth mindset.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.
• 2 year degree or non-traditional education through training program completion preferred.
• Previous consumer retail sales experience preferred.
• Previous automotive experience a plus.
• Previous management/supervisory experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hybrid role: customer service, sales, customer issue resolution—75%.
• Basic vehicle service tasks: oil, tires, fluids—25%.
• Store operations: opening/closing, inventory, displays; as needed.
