Bridgestone Retail Operations in Nashville seeks a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST). This hybrid store role combines customer service with basic vehicle service tasks, engaging customers, recommending products and services, and ensuring satisfaction through timely completion of work.

The position offers growth potential within Firestone Complete Auto Care; required are a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license, plus a willingness to learn and operate store systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid automobile driver’s license.
• Customer service and career growth mindset.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.
• 2 year degree or non-traditional education through training program completion, certification, or other growth-oriented track (preferred).
• Previous consumer retail sales experience (preferred).
• Previous automotive experience (preferred).
• Previous management/supervisory experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Hybrid Role with focus on customer service, sales, and issue resolution (75%).
• Perform basic vehicle service tasks (oil, tires, fluids) (25%).
• Support store operations, opening/closing, inventory, displays as needed.
