Job summary

You will assess customer needs, recommend products and services, and complete basic vehicle tasks while supporting store operations. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and a customer‑service mindset with the ability to learn store systems and basic vehicle services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid automobile driver's license.
• Customer service and career growth mindset.
• Ability to learn basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.
• 2 year degree or training preferred.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Automotive experience a plus.
• Management/supervisory experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by assessing needs and recommending products/services.
• Perform entry-level vehicle service tasks such as oil, tires, fluids.
• Support store operations including opening/closing, inventory, displays as needed.
