Job summary

South Eastern Land Company, Inc. (SLC) is seeking a detail-oriented Right-of-Way Agent to support land acquisition for utility and infrastructure projects. This hybrid, work-from-home position requires travel to project sites throughout South Carolina and North Carolina.

The ROW Agent must have an active real estate license in SC and a SC notary commission. You will negotiate easements, research property ownership, present offers, and coordinate with surveyors, engineers, and project managers

Qualifications

• Active real estate license in South Carolina.
• Active notary commission in South Carolina.
• Ability to work in the field and in the office.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate easements, rights-of-way, and property acquisitions with landowners.
• Research property ownership, titles, and parcel information.
• Present offers and explain project impacts clearly and professionally.
• Coordinate with surveyors, engineers, and project managers.
• Document communications and transactions in digital records.
• Follow client guidelines and project requirements.
