Gibraltar is seeking a Supply Chain Compliance Analyst in Peachtree Corners, GA to support regulatory reporting and data collection for compliance programs including Conflict Minerals, Prop 65, PFAS, BABAA, and more.

The role emphasizes collaboration across business units, external providers, and corporate functions. A 2+ year track record in compliance and supply chain is preferred, with a focus on process improvement and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 2+ years of experience in product compliance or regulatory affairs.
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain or related field.
• Knowledge and experience with product compliance and supply chain regulations.
• Strong project management skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regulatory compliance activities across Gibraltar business units.
• Serve as primary contact for internal compliance data requests and reporting.
• Partner with third-party compliance providers for ongoing programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional data collection to support compliance activities.
• Collect, validate, and maintain compliance data for accuracy.
• Track milestones, deadlines, and follow-up actions.
• Facilitate communication among suppliers, business units, and service providers.
• Assist in responding to customer compliance requests and reporting.
• Monitor emerging regulations and support evaluation with stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and data management.
