Job summary

Great Gray Group's RPAG division seeks an Advisor Service Associate to join our Customer Support team in Las Vegas. You will provide best-in-class service to retirement plan advisor clients, manage onboarding, conduct demonstrations, and act as main contact for new advisor clients.

The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid schedule with four days onsite and one remote day per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of relevant financial services experience.
• Proficient use of client web portal and related tech.

Responsibilities

• Field and respond to inbound calls and emails regarding the Advisor Web Portal.
• Engage with clients to communicate features and value-added functionality.
• Lead advisor onboarding and serve as main contact for new clients.
• Conduct demonstrations and trainings on new features (virtual and in-person).
• Travel for company events as needed (minimal).
• Create and analyze fee/investment reports and communicate findings.
