Job summary

Reef, a Utah-based investment and development firm, is seeking a Retail Coordinator to support the VP of Retail/Brand Partnerships. The role covers purchasing, vendor coordination, eCommerce support, events, reporting, and brand asset management across Reef’s property portfolio.

Responsibilities include PO tracking, vendor communications, inventory management, and cross-team coordination. The position is hybrid, near Reef properties, with travel as needed, and offers growth within a dynamic,

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in retail operations or executive/administrative support.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple open items and vendors at once.
• Clear, professional written communication – represents Reef with vendors and property teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook/Excel; experience with retail POS or inventory systems (e.g., YellowDog).
• Hybrid arrangement based at or near a Reef property, with regular travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Purchasing & vendor coordination: enter/track POs, coordinate with vendors, ensure timely shipments.
• eCommerce support: assist with platform maintenance and out-of-stock items, optimize product pages.
• Events, activations & sales support: assist with logistics, packaging, and on-site coordination.
• Reporting & analysis: end-of-month vendor/inventory reports and sales insights.
• Administrative & operational support: manage emails, track open items, and support retail locations.
• Brand standards & asset management: maintain SOPs and brand guidelines across locations.
