Job summary

Brixmor Property Group in Roswell, GA is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction activities across company-owned or managed properties. You will report to the VP of Construction in the South region and coordinate tenant improvements, certain new construction projects, and related capital work.

Key responsibilities include estimating, plan reviews, lease exhibits, coordinating outside consultants, and managing contracts through administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or architecture.
• 4+ years direct construction management experience, or 3 years construction experience with at least 2 years tenant coordination/tenant improvements.
• Strong time management and ability to work independently with multiple consultants/contractors.
• Retail commercial construction experience is required.
• Excellent communication across multiple mediums and teams.

Responsibilities

• Projects planning, estimating, lease exhibits review/negotiation, tenant communication and progress tracking.
• Manage Landlord’s Tenant Improvement Projects and coordinate the Tenant’s improvements to meet schedule and budget.
• Organize and track multiple tenant improvement projects to ensure on-time delivery.
• Assist with capital improvement projects as needed.
• Depending on workload, may manage or assist in projects outside primary region.
