Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) in a hybrid store role to serve customers, assess needs, and perform entry-level vehicle services. You will learn all aspects of store operations while flexing between front-counter and back-shop tasks.

The role emphasizes customer service, sales, and developing skills through on-the-job training and ASE certification opportunities, with a strong focus on delivering quality service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid automobile driver's license.
• Customer service and career growth mindset.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Customer service, sales, and issue resolution — about 75% of the time.
• Perform basic vehicle service tasks (oil, tires, fluids) — about 25%.
• Store operations including opening/closing, inventory, displays as needed.
• May assist Manager or act as Manager-On-Duty in certain circumstances.
• Learn all store operations and flex between front and back shop tasks.
