University of Colorado Anschutz is seeking a dedicated leader to manage the GN clinical trials group within the Renal Division. This role oversees administrative, financial, and regulatory functions across approximately 8 trials, guiding two coordinators and ensuring compliance with GCP and IRB requirements.

The position offers a hybrid schedule (4–5 on-campus days) with opportunities to interface with sponsors, investigators, and staff, in a collaborative, research-focused environment at CU

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field; four years of clinical research or related experience.
• Substitution of education and related experience allowed on a year-for-year basis.
• Preferred: Bachelor's in science or health-related field; five years of clinical research experience.

Responsabilités

• Independently manage administrative, personnel, financial, and contracting functions for GN trial group.
• Oversee two clinical trial coordinators; evaluate, troubleshoot and advise to ensure requirements are met.
• Develop policies and procedures as required.
• Maintain financial oversight: salaries, expenses, invoicing, budgets, contracts, and reconciliations.
• Ensure regulatory oversight from startup to close-out of studies; interface with IRB, sponsors, monitors.
