Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington. Providers join as 1099 contractors with no minimum caseloads and complete schedule autonomy, focusing on delivering high-quality behavioral health care via telehealth.

Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with guaranteed payment every two weeks via direct deposit and payment protection for no-shows, late cancellations, and denied claims.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI.
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth psychotherapy sessions to clients.
• Maintain accurate session notes and documentation in EHR.
• Coordinate with billing and insurance tasks handled by Rula.
