Qualifications

• BCBA certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Minimum of 1 year experience with children/adolescents and/or adults with special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, reinforcement theories, instructional methods, ethics, laws and regulations.
• Proficient with Office 365 suite and ABA software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review session data with staff/families, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through staff/family meetings and consultations.
