Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is seeking a BCBA to oversee ABA programs and ensure fidelity across clinical teams. You will mentor Clinical Leaders and Behavior Specialists while reviewing treatment plans, progress notes, and documentation to uphold high standards of care.
Travel within service areas is required as you collaborate with Regional Directors and Operations on quality, compliance, and program development.
Starting Pay: $80,000-$90,000 annually, based on experience.
