Center for Social Dynamics seeks a BCBA leader to provide clinical oversight and mentorship while maintaining a manageable caseload. You will guide mid-level clinicians and technicians, ensuring high-quality ABA care and measurable client outcomes.
You will supervise, train, and provide clinical guidance, collaborating with families to drive progress, and champion the latest ABA technology and approaches within a supportive leadership team.

Competitive Salary: $90,000-$95,000 (Based On Experience) + Bonus Opportunities

Constant visual stimulation, including close vision, distance vision, reading, computer work
Constant sitting; frequent up and down out of chair

Occasional walking around building
Occasional bending, reaching, stooping, pulling

Occasional walking to, bending to enter, sitting and using upper and lower limbs to drive car
