Job summary

ITG Brands in North Carolina seeks a Regulatory Science Project Manager to lead regulatory and scientific affairs initiatives across products and portfolios.

Under general supervision, you will drive regulatory strategy, manage cross-functional projects, and prepare regulatory documentation for governing agencies while collaborating with Legal, R&D, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Regulatory Affairs, Business, or related discipline with 5+ years of Scientific Project Management experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams.
• Project management methodologies and approaches.
• Strong working knowledge of regulatory frameworks and submission processes
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through completion
• Verbal and written communication
• Problem/situation analysis
• Effective time and task management
• Multitasking capabilities

• Communicate to a broad and diverse audience.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory and scientific affairs initiatives to ensure product compliance and support business objectives.
• Drive regulatory strategy, manage cross-functional projects, and oversee regulatory documentation submission.
• Bridge scientific, regulatory, and business teams for timely product development and portfolio management.
• Develop and implement regulatory risk mitigation plans and compliance strategies.
• Lead development of scientific data packages supporting regulatory submissions.
