Job summary

CU Boulder is seeking an Assistant Director of Recruitment for the Northern California region, based in Northern California with a preference for San Jose, San Francisco, or Oakland.

You will drive recruitment efforts across California, collaborate with schools and community partners, and help shape a region-specific admissions strategy while handling both in-person and virtual engagement with prospective students and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum three years of student recruitment experience.
• Ability to travel for weekly visits and fairs, including some overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Create recruitment schedule and strategy based on institutional goals and data.
• Represent CU Boulder at high school visits, college fairs, and other recruitment activities in Northern California.
• Advise applicants on admissions policies and review admission decisions as assigned.
• Pull and analyze historical data to inform recruitment strategy.
