As a Real Estate Sales Associate you will prospect clients, show properties, present offers, and guide buyers and sellers through closing.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary - we train Real Estate Sales Associates from the ground up.
• Be 18 or older and able to obtain a New Jersey Real Estate License (we'll help you get there).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to complete complimentary onboarding training through Century 21 Action Plus Realty.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for buyers and sellers by phone, text, email, and community networking.
• Schedule and run showings.
• Present and negotiate purchase offers.
• Guide clients through financing and inspections.
• Manage contracts from accepted offer through closing.
• Participate in weekly team meetings, coaching, and continuing education.
