Our client, a prominent international AmLaw 50 law firm, seeks a mid-level Associate Attorney for its Real Estate Practice Group in Century City, Los Angeles, with hybrid work. You will work on sophisticated financing transactions, representing lenders and other clients across markets.

Qualifications
- JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
- Active Bar Admission in applicable jurisdiction, in good standing.
- 2–8 years of substantive experience in real estate law.
- Experience in real estate financing, lender representation, and drafting loan documents.
- Proficiency in handling title and survey diligence.
- Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Represent lenders in complex commercial real estate transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate loan agreements and related documents.
- Conduct title and survey review, analysis, and resolution of issues.
- Provide guidance on real estate financing structures and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with cross-office teams to support a dynamic real estate practice.
