Job summary

Acrnet is seeking an attorney to join its Real Estate practice in Hartford, New Haven, Stamford, or Boston offices, with the ability to work remotely two days per week.

Candidates should have a minimum of two years of experience practicing in transactional commercial real estate, including familiarity with title and survey review and the negotiation and closing of transactions involving purchases, sales, borrowing and leasing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience practicing in transactional commercial real estate.
• Experience with title and survey review and the negotiation and closing of transactions involving purchases, sales, borrowing and leasing.
• Self-starter with a desire to grow in responsibility and to manage transactions.
• Experience working as a member of a team on complex deals.

Responsibilities

• Join the Real Estate practice group in Hartford, New Haven, Stamford or Boston offices with the option to work remotely two days per week.
• Assist in negotiating and closing sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to manage deal processes from start to finish.
